Cancellation Policy

PRE-ORDERS: By ordering, you are agreeing to all terms and conditions listed on the website and below. Pre-order turnaround is from CLOSE OF ROUND, not from order date. We reserve the right to extend rounds at our discretion. 

 

Returns Policy

Refunds will NOT be given unless you request a refund instead of replacement item from a damaged package. Only then will that item that was damaged be refunded. 

No exchanges are allowed and when an order is placed all sales are final. 

The only exception to this rule is if we have failed to properly represent what you are purchasing in terms of fabric content; fabric type and size. If you have an issue with a fabric you have received, please email: jill@sippingbeautycrafts.com, and we will be happy to address your concerns. We reserve the right to replace the fabric first at our discretion a refund may be given should we find that we made an error. Furthermore, you must report any issue within 7 days of receiving your fabric shipment. After this period of time we reserve the right to deny compensation or replacement yardage.

Should we deem you are due a monetary refund, you will be refunded via your original form of payment.

 

Flaws/Shortages 

In custom printing flaws can happen. We feel it necessary to set a strict flaw policy for this reason. Any flaw within 6" of the selvage is not cause for replacement or refunded yardage. In the event that you locate a flaw in the material or printing LARGER than a US quarter, please notify us. All flaws/shortages MUST BE REPORTED within 7 days following the delivery of your order. Any flaw/shortage identified after that period of time will not be refunded/replaced. 

Flaws in beads and other items must be over 1mm in size and/or renders the item unusable.  Minor flaws will not be refunded. All flaws/shortages MUST BE REPORTED within 7 days following the delivery of your order. Any flaw/shortage identified after that period of time will not be refunded/replaced. Mystery bead packs will not be refunded. 

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. Unfortunately, international shipping is not available at this time.

- All Ready to ship products (turnaround up to 7 business days).
- All pre-order items (TAT estimated 12-14 weeks unless otherwise noted).

WE DO NOT COMBINE SHIPPING. Shipping per order will have a flat rate of $8. If the shipping cost is less than $8, shipping overages of $1 will be refunded. Shipping will be through USPS or UPS depending on cost. 

Please do not combine Retail and Preorder items as we are not able to ship them together.

 

Shipping Damages

If you purchase Route Insurance, and your item is lost, damaged, or stolen (not responsible for porch pirates), you must follow Route Policy and Procedures for all claims. This method is highly encouraged for all purchases.

If you did not purchase Route Insurance your claim will only be covered up to $100:

Unfortunately, damages during shipping do occur. We do our best to ensure our items are packed effectively to avoid damages, but once it leaves our office, we cannot control what may happen. If for some reason you notice damage to the outside of the box upon delivery, please take pictures of the damage, as well as the packing inside the box as you open it and any damage to the items. All of those pictures will be needed to file a claim with your shipping carrier of choice and we cannot move forward without them. Please contact jill@sippingbeautycrafts.com with those images as well as any and all pictures you may have taken and please include your name, tracking number, and order number in the email with a description of damages.

Although the additional ROUTE insurance is designed to cover the total cost of the item, the shipping carrier ultimately has the final say.
